We are thrilled to welcome Cheryl Lovell as our March speaker for IDEAL’s member meeting! Cheryl is a dynamic leader in the post-acute space, with extensive experience spanning home care, hospice, private duty, chronic care management, and transitional care. A military veteran and consultant, she has been shaping the industry since 1997 with a passion for leadership development and operational growth.
As one of the youngest home care and hospice administrators in the U.S., Cheryl built her career from the ground up and is dedicated to building the next generation of leaders in the industry. She has shared her expertise on leadership, industry partnerships, and innovative growth strategies at NAHC, Home Care 100 and Marcus Evans events.
Cheryl’s session will offer motivation, inspiration, and actionable strategies for professionals at every stage of their career. Attendees can expect engaging insights on leadership development and how to foster the next wave of industry changemakers. She will also participate in a Q&A discussion, making this an interactive and valuable experience for all.
