2025 IDEAL Woman of the Year Award

The IDEAL Woman of the Year Award celebrates extraordinary women who are making a lasting impact in their industry. Each year, we honor one outstanding woman per category who exemplifies leadership, mentorship, advocacy, and a commitment to lifting up others.  

This award recognizes those who not only excel in their careers but also lift others up, creating a more inclusive and empowering future for women in the workplace.

To nominate yourself or someone else for this prestigious award, please complete the official nomination form and provide the following:
Nominee’s résumé. At least two letters of recommendation. Responses to open-ended questions highlighting the nominee’s impact, leadership, and dedication to supporting women in their field. 

To support the announcement and celebration of this event, we kindly ask each nominee to submit a $200 donation, which will be used to promote the award and recognition event.

The winners will be announced and honored at our next in-person event on September 9, 2025, in Nashville. We ask that all winners attend the event so they can be recognized in person and receive the IDEAL Award.

Nominees should be women who:

• Exemplify the values of leadership, mentorship, and advocacy
• Champion initiatives that support women in their field
• Contribute to a more inclusive and empowering workplace culture
• Mentor and uplift other women through education and support
